Tongue twisters

This document includes 110 tongue twisters divided into 10 pages. This may be very helpful for your students to learn how to pronounce certain sounds and phonemes, as each tongue twister is based on the repetition of one or two sounds/phonemes. Besides, it is a good resource to practice oral English while having fun! Out of the 110 included, some of them are easier and some others are a little bit more difficult, so that you can use them at any level.

Thus, with them, you can:

• Give each student one tongue twister to be read aloud (in front of the class or within a small group)
• Project the tongue twisters on the whiteboard and make students repeat one you have just read, focusing on the sound/phoneme you want them to pay attention to.
• Go further, using the tongue twisters also as a resource to learn new vocabulary or to practice translation.
• Have a great time laughing at your tongue getting twisted!

From my experience, students love reading and memorizing them, since they take all of this as a game. I hope you enjoy it as same as we do!
